This note describes what the careers application stores. It is not a complete privacy policy.
What the application stores
When you continue a step, the careers form saves that step on Verasoft Labs systems so you can come back, and so the hiring team can see applications that were not finished. Contact details, role fit, optional work links, and the résumé file are part of that record.
Résumé and other files go to private object storage. The session that ties the steps together is an HttpOnly cookie. We store a hash of that token, not the token itself.
Questions about a submitted application can go through the same hiring conversation as the application itself.
